About Us
Patrick Schroder, owner and founder of Schroder's Services, has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of construction. Schroder's Services designs, repairs and performs renovations and additions for both residential and commercial entities. Patrick maintains a current General Contractor license for the state of South Carolina in both Residential and Commercial construction and he is up-to-date on continuing education including all new laws and codes.
Patrick is a native South Carolinian. As a devoted husband and father to three children, his family enjoys boating, fishing, and serving the local community through his church.
